Palm Beach Education Solutions (PBES) is dedicated to providing expert special education advocacy and educational consulting services to children and families throughout the region. Our mission is to ensure that students ages 3-20 receive an individualized, appropriate education in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Our firm collaborates with local school districts, as well as state and federal agencies, to secure essential services, supports, and accommodations for students with disabilities. We advocate for educational equity, assisting families in navigating the complexities of special education law, school placements, and choice programs to ensure each child has access to the resources they need to thrive.

Our advocate, Ashley Rivello, has been recognized as an expert witness in Florida family law cases within the 15th Judicial Circuit Court, providing critical insight and testimony in cases involving educational rights and services for children.
